The bed was super comfy. Yummy food at the restaurant. Great breakfast. Professional and helpful taxi driver. Kind, efficient staff who spoke good English. Nice pool and tasteful decor.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to downtown and the Guamilito Market. the room was immaculate and nicely appointed with comfortable beds. the staff was patient and helpful, and their English was good.
The breakfast was only so-so and not special.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was great, close to the market and some good restaurants. the staff was friendly.
The experience was not great. We stayed over Christmas and the hotel did not have any festive decorations or atmosphere, making it feel sterile and unwelcoming.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even arranging a taxi for us to explore the city. The location was perfect, close to various markets and shops, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

We had a great stay! The hotel's facilities were excellent, including the clean pool, yummy restaurant, and great breakfast. The hotel's transportation was efficient and reliable, and the staff were professional and spoke good English. It was also located in the center of town.
